Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. First delivery the delivery man dropped the bed frame and broke the castors on the drawer on the right hand side and the mattress was dirty and scuffed. He also left mud and dirt up the walls/on the carpet and broke the lighting. Second delivery the mattress was wet through and a left hand side side replacement drawer was sent instead of on the right. Third delivery the new mattress was fine but the replacement drawer yet again was on the left hand side. The delivery man mended the drawer as I could not stomach yet another delivery. Numerous customer service representatives dealt with the issues. It appeared nothing was documented on the system. Promises in total of £100 compensation. Only eventually received £50. At least 10 days to receive a reply to an issue. Unable to contact via telephone since Covid 19. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. It took almost a year and still I have an expensive product which is substandard,
