Dreadful and full of liars, dont use this company
So where to begin, they do not even deserve the one star. Ordered bed on 30/8/20 promised delivery 15/10/20. Plenty of time you would think to make and deliver a bed. Got a text on the 01/10/20 saying all is good with our new bed and we should expect delivery as promised. Wonderful I thought.
Saturday before delivery - a phone call sorry there is a delay until 10 November. How the hell does a bed due in 2 weeks and on schedule suddenly need another 4 weeks to make it.
Not happy with this we asked the Bensons shop manager to discuss this and come back to us if he couldnt get the bed as promised - No return call so we think all is back on schedule.
15/10/20 - Bed delivery day - No Bed - spent 1 hour and 7 mins so far waiting for customers services to answer. they answered once at 35 mins, to then put me back at the end of the queue because I had gone through to deliveries and not customer services.
Heres the thing - I was expecting a delivery.
Trying not to swear here but what a bunch of liars and jobsworths, totally not interested in looking after the customer. They currently do not even rate a one star but you cant go any lower. Cant wait till they answer this bloody phone!!
