Berrylook is by far the worst experience I have had in 15 years with an ecommerce company. I have tried to contact them for weeks. There is literally no real response or a way to manage an order effectively. As far as I can tell this company operates unethically and purely a scam that is flying under the radar and should not be in business today based on basic consumer rights. I am horrified that they treat customers as they do. Worse is the effect they have on ecommerce in general and hurting the reputation of others trying to do business honestly only to be distrusted due to their horrible behavior.
