I also had issues with BerryLook. The merchandise they sent me was sub-par. It was not of the same quality of the pictures advertised. The material was cheap, the style was off and they never responded to my request for a refund.
I replied (4) times for a refund process. Each time I received an email requesting me to state my issues with the items and to submit pictures. I sent links of the items advertised on their website and pictures of what I received.
I never received a refund response or a refund.
