I ordered 3 items from berry look a couple of years ago one item was too small, one item was totally different and cheaper than what I ordered and other item didn’t suit me.
They are impossible to contact, I ended up sending an email, and I had to prove that they sent the wrong item with a photo and the receipt.
They did not want to know about they other things in the order.
They do not have any English speaking staff in the company. I ended up communicating with someone through email. He said I could send the items back to a Chinese address or the other option was they would give me a $39 voucher towards the next purchase, a quarter of what I spent.
It was a very stressful experience. I would advise customers to NEVER SHOP At this company. Customer service is appalling
