Tried to return shoes and reached out to them THREE times before receiving a response only for them to tell me "shipping cost would be very high for you" and that they would not receive the item within the 30 day return period. Instead, they gave me a $9 voucher when I'm never going to shop from them again. Was not offered a refund, so basically the "30 day return" is a LIE
Quality is also very cheap..
