Unsurprisingly the return can't be delivered, so they claim they can't do the refund. After over 3 weeks of hassling them to get more detail on the address (so I can prove to paypal/credit card that return was attempted and failed due to Berrylook deliberately giving a false address, they finally provided another address (that google maps also can't find) which is some 80km away from the first one. I doubt one package of rags has ever made it back.
