I purchased 4 items in February after receiving none of them I dug thru google to get a customer service #. Spoke to a POS that I couldn’t understand. He said both of my orders were cancelled because of them coming from China. I told him just refund my CC. He said he could not do that. He told me to go to my PC and download something to fill out and they will refund. When I started to download it I realized it was the app TeamViewer. This is an app that allows him access to my computer (as we use this for work). I told him I will not download it as he is a scammer that wants nothing more than to get access to my computer. When I told him I was gonna call police he hung up on me. Now I am trying to dispute charges with my CC
