I placed an order for almost £200 in December 2018. I ended up returning it as clothes didn’t fit. It’s 18.4.2020 today and I still didn’t see any refund but they are happy to exchange emails with me keep blaming it to something and coming up with new excuses. This company practise is a joke, customer service is appalling. DO NOT ORDER FROM BERRYLOOK, this company is fraudulent. I learned hard way. They should be stopped trading ages ago.
