I placed an order months ago and have still not received it. I emailed them and said I would put a complaint in with PayPal which I did. PayPal refused to pay as they had supplied a tracking number. I got back to Berrylook to once again ask for a refund and they said if I sent proof the case was closed from PayPal they would issue a refund . I did this then was told to wait 24hrs .....yes you’ve guessed after further emails to them they have still not replied or issued a refund . DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM , I wish I had read the reviews before I did !! Would have given no stars if I could .
