i made the purchase on January 2020, it cost GBP15.60 (order no.E1573186). i waited for more than 3 months, during this period, i sent emails and messages to the company, and they said for various reasons that my order would be delayed, at last they told me it was out of stock, i asked to refund, they refused, then the company gave the voucher GBP19 instead and asked me to make another purchase, because this voucher isn't included the delivery charge, so i paid GBP4.77 (order no.E1770964). On the second day after i paid the order, i confirmed with the company whether the goods i ordered were available, they told me this was out of stock again. They refunded GBP4.77 to my account. i made 2 orders, but I didn't received any orders so far, I asked the company to refund GBP15.60 as well. But they refused and didn't reply my mails.
