Worst customer service ever. Do not shop here. Over 5 hours on the phone for a replacement dishwasher, which turned into pick up your dishwasher. I still can’t believe how bad the experience was. I lost my cool in dealing with them, and I wish I handled it better, but they missed appointments, sent people who couldn’t complete the job, and passed me to different departments after being incompetent. You have been warned.
