I called my local store and was told to go to their website or call a given number: 1-888-211-3839 to ask questions.
That was a disgusting waste of time, on both counts. Useless and a huge waste of time.
I called Memory Express and quickly got sorted out.
I will never go near Best Buy ever again!!!
