I spoke with a Best Buy technician on the [hone yesterday. He said because I had Windows XP he cold not help me remotely. He said I could be assisted if I went to a Best Buy store & he scheduled an appointment for me.
When I went for the appointment I was told they could no longer help with XP. Their technician should have known that & not have scheduled an appointment for me thus wasting more than one hour of my time. Truly awful service.
