Went to Best Buy after my 15 yr old windows 7 died and told them I was 76 and only needed basic services but would like to upgrade to a better desktop. They show me two all-in -one Lenovo computers $639 and $679 and I asked repeatedly do you have anything less but the said "NO" turns out they did have one on their website for$529. They claimed it was not in store but would have to shipped to my house. They sold me a $200 year policy that included transfer of my hard drive info to the new computer but later told me they didn't have the ability to do that there(this the Geek Squad) but would have to send it out adding costs not in the $200 because my computer was too old which they new when they started this offer. I found that they were not totally upfront with a senior person who had little tach ability. The only thing that went ok was the time Zachary spent with the use and set time of the computer I bought because driving from Eastham to Hyannis was getting crazy to do over again with a new computer at a new company.
