Slow customer service in store:but, not nearly as slow as the delivery by UPS. I waited for over and hour on hold to talk to a person at Best Buy who proved totally disinterested in helping me. I paid for the item and was promised it by Nov 10. It is now 3 days late and was told that maybe it will come Monday (Nov 19, promise date was Nov 10).
