Had a brand new Samsung washer which never worked, Best Buy says "not our problem" call Samsung who are booking service calls 3 months from now.
No one at Best Buy was willing to make a phone call, lousy dealer.
Took my issue to Better Business B.
Plan to sue best Buy.
