Bought a dishwasher and microwave from Best Buy. Both were defective (actually they replaced the first defective Samsung microwave with a second defective microwave). I cancelled both appliances. I received refunds for the appliances after several inquiries, but am still trying to arrange refunds for the install and warranty costs (approx $500). Customer service is AWFUL! I’ve spent hours on the phone - talked to at least 8 services reps, with 3 different case numbers. A few promised to call me back, but never did. Others just disconnect or send you to a different department. Service reps aren’t authorized to do refunds, and it’s impossible to talk to a supervisor who is authorized. I will never buy anything from Best Buy ever again.
