Wow, actually, I can't complain about the customer service, because there isn't any. Word of the wise : buy in a local store, even if it's for a slightly higher price... I am on hold with an agent in the Philippines (!!!) just to get an order returned. So far, 3 transfers and 29 minutes on hold. Tried the chat window, even worst. I think the strategy is to have you wait until you give up.
