I ordered a router and paid extra for express shipping. The order was never delivered. After contacting customer care, they promised to ship the item again and provided an estimated delivery date. It is three days past the delivery date and the item has not been received. I paid over $250 for a product that was ordered over two weeks ago and was never delivered. I am seeking a full refund and will never order from Best Buy again.
