Love Best Buy when everything runs smoothly. Review reflects their bad customer service. While writing this review, I've been on hold with a customer service rep for 69 minutes since he first picked up my call! All he was doing was checking on the status of a payment. I got so frustrated I've canceled my order (microwave) through Best Buy and purchased through a different vendor. You lost my business because of bad customer service!
