Ordered stove which paid 3 payments for and delivery was rescheduled three times d/t the stove being too heavy to be brought to my single family home. Once stove arrived on the fourth scheduled delivery, it never left the truck and we were told that the it does not meet the cabinet clearing protocol by quarter inch. Over the 30 years we lived here we had multiple stoves without installation difficulties.
We feel cabinet clearance protocol should of been explained to us while bing our range.
