Multiple delays and issues with appliance purchase. Every single person (about 8) had a different story or reason why my items weren't delivered. Then when they finally arrived the range stove was damaged. They did offer very little compensation, on a nearly $4,000 purchase $200 is an insult. $100 gift card and $100 credit back to card...ridiculous. It took ALOT to even get that when clearly Best Buy failed me as a consumer.
