If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. Canceled a dishwasher and 3 weeks later, it is still marked as "in transit" so they can't issue a refund. I'm still waiting for my $800 back after having 4 case numbers signed to it and waiting 25 minutes to speak to a supervisor who never answered the phone. I've been told over and over that it will be fixed within 24hrs and 3 weeks later, it isn't. Don't buy from them?!
