Waited a whole month for a package, only to be told I'm getting a refund. For the entire month I was waiting, I literally have to follow up on customer service every 5 days like it's my job. "The issue had to relay back to backend team, please wait 3-5 business days". I'm literally stuck using a old unusable device for a WHOLE MONTH. They could have told me I'm getting a refund earlier and I could have spend gotten a new device on elsewhere instead. My package should have arrived within 3 days instead I have to wait 30 days to be told I'm just getting a refund. They didn't even bother to send me another product.
DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY ! It's the worst buy. Waste my a month of my life, following with customer service only just to get my money back, money that was originally MINE.
