Terrible customer service. I ordered an electric range from the store. Scheduled a delivery. The delivery was never delivered, nor did I receive call. I rescheduled a second delivery. I received an automated call that I needed to call to reschedule. Now the range is out of stock. I was put on hold for 45 minutes to speak to a manager, and a manager never answered. I will not do business with BestBuy again. Now I have to wait over 10 days to get a refund by check.
