went to Best Buy in Surprise Az. today to pick up a brand new in the box never opened 55 inch TCL QLED . Would you believe when I got home and took it out of the box it had no power cord or remote, so I returned the tv back to the store where I was accused of stealing the power cord and the remote .I was told by a snotty little girl who claimed to be the manager that I would have to pay for the missing parts $65.00 and that I would need to contact TCL TO GET MY MONEY BACK... WHEN I ASKED IF THEY HAD A OPEN BOX I was told that they didn't have any but they found a cord and a remote to start the tv to make sure that it was working Well long story short when I contacted LCL THEY TOLD ME THAT BEST BUY SHOULD HAVE TACKEN CARE OF THE PROBLEM ..They were no help ..Better shop at WALMART from now on , or Costco ,they don't have a problem with returns
