I would give less than a star but it seems to be the minimum. You guys are next level incompetent. Had a bad install. Got someone to come out to correct it and was told those are not our parts, I can’t touch it??? Do you really think I got a Best Buy install and then ran out and got different parts and messes it up. Still waiting for a correction but I am going to guess I am going to have to go out and buy parts and correct it myself even though I paused for the install and an install kit. You really have to work hard to mess this up this bad.
