Can you please read my one star rating as zero stars?
I ordered a tv. Delivery is today. Signature is required, so I took the day off work to receive it.
I receive a text message saying that the tv was delivered, and yet I'm not watching or even unpacking said tv.
I talked to customer service. Their wisdom was to call back tomorrow. I asked how they would compensate me for my time and now 2 days of lost wages.
THEY HUNG UP ON ME.
