I bought an apple computer on 6/4/21 and then received 3 phone calls and a letter saying there was
no purchase recorded and they were cancelling my BB credit card. Yet, I have a receipt for over $1,400
from VISA. Completing the purchase took over an hour since they had computer system troubles and the sales person did not understand the system. Ended up cancelling the order and going to the Apple store. I have bought well over $8,000 worth of stuff from Best Buy over the years. Never again!
I also spent about two hours on the phone on this issue.
