I bought a router over the phone on bestbuy.com and was told that I would receive this in 2 days. Somebody on there and drop the ball and I never received it. I'm from Iowa and the receipt shows that I was in store in Tulsa Oklahoma!! I stressed that I needed it for work!! I called all day the next day for a routing number was hung up on several times even when I asked for the spelling of their names!! I will never purchase another item from this company again!!!!
