I wish I had read these reviews before I bought a computer at Best Buy. The service is absolutely horrible. You wait and wait to buy something and then you cannot talk to anybody in the service department and if you want to make an appointment to pick up your purchase it may be 3 days down the road I will never buy anything at Best Buy again
