Picked out a Motorola Cell phone 6-9-21
they had no clue hoe to get set up for me and could not do it and then I had to go up and get a refund ( hone never left the building)
and got changed $45.00 restocking when it was there fault !!Horrible experience . $45.00 to have them look and not get it working in the store. I want my $45.00 back on my Best Buy credit card NOW !!!! John Motley Coeur d'Alene ID store on Hwy 95 .
