The Best Buy National Hotline that you get transferred to when you call your local store now is absolutely awful and trash. Terrible customer service. Some Best Buy employee of the Geek Squad copped an attitude with me over the difference between a sales consultation or service consultation. I told him that we will all argue over the correct corporate lingo at the State Sales and Use Tax audit at their corporate headquarters in Minnesota this Fall. I ended up going to the store which is what I should have done all along. Do store managers really believe that cutting off communications with the local customers are good ideas? I know it’s a Corporate decision, but it will be the final nail in the coffin for their brick and mortar stores
