It seems to me that if people stopped HERE before giving there money to BestBuy that Bestbuy would be out of business!!! I have been TRYING to get my money back since early JUNE of 21 and today is Aug 16,21!! No one there it seems is trusted enough to RIGHTFULLY return a customers money. They (Bestbuy people on telephone ) all start out with best intentions (I hope) but end up dissapointing you with NO results as it is some mysterious person that refunds your money and I think they quit long ago because I have NOT gotten a PROMISED call or email from anyone there EVER!! B.S. way to treat people & THEIR money!! They should be going out of business not Sears or Kmart!
