Actually I give Best Buy a 0. My husband purchased me an refurbished iPad mini for my birthday. It began to crash in two months. I tried to return it in same box and condition, but they do not stand behind the merchandise they sell, and we lost.
I wouldn’t shop there because they play the blame game and pass the buck. They passed this off to Apple because they refurbished it.
