Do not order online, or do pickups. This store will eventually go under due to incompetent management. This is the third and final time I will order from Best Buy. I refuse to shop in a place that takes your personal time for hostage and treat you as though taking your money is doing you a favor. And forget about the "open box" thing. It just seems like a poor bait and switch tactic for you to purchase something more expensive. To Best Buy as a company, if you don't fix your online ecommerce platform, and you inventory management system, you are going to end up on the "history" shelf right along side Circuit City and Radio Shack.
