They have a really bad return policy
I wanted my money back after buying JBL Live 660nc headphones that lasted only 1 week before the speakers blew, they could only offer me an exchange or pay more for better quality pair, but i wanted my money back so i can buy a pair from a brand that best buy does not carry and they could not agree to that.
