HERE WE GO !!! not suprise that so many 1 star here,
i was not trying to do the return to get the refund, but the product its actually has an issue, everytime i purchase products from Bestbuy, it usually has issues, and customer service talk to you with no respect at all if u try to get refund or confuse and ask them some questions. they act like they dont wanna work there, charge u restocking fee cause u try to return, although that product actually has issue.
