Went to Sioux City store to purchase a new dryer.when I walked in they asked if I needed assistance. Told the lady I wanted to buy a dryer, she said she would send someone to appliances. 15 minutes later I asked her if anyone was coming. She said everyone was busy, they didn’t look that busy but she said she would do me a favor and answer some questions. I said I needed a gas dryer. Her answer was we don’t stalk them and it would take 2 weeks to order 1. I said it needs to convert to propane. She told me I would have to go to Lowes and purchase the adapter myself. I said maybe I should just go to Lowes then. She said okay. So shout out to Lowes! Got a great deal on a new dryer and great service to. Don’t think I’ll be back to Best Buy
