Order shows "shipped" so that the credit card is charged and cannot cancel the order. In reality, the order is not shipped and its status has not changed in the last 2 weeks with "Delivery date will appear here as soon as details are provided by the carrier." Best buy is so dishonest saying the order is shipped.
