I bought an Apple Watch which turned out to be the wrong model. I tried calling Best buy to get information about the return process and policy. The call was disconnected 3 times, they never tried to call back. I am stuck with a product that I am unable to use and I have to pay $45 to return it. I will never buy at Best Buy again. Terrible costumers service!!
