Does it really matter, its not like you give a damn. Ordered new 65 inch TV to be delivered. Best bugged the hell out of me to confirm and set things up. I did all this on 3 different occasions and when the delivery day came I received a call from best buy stateing the truck did not even show up at the store. Stated it was broke down on the highway so they scheduled me for 4 days later. well the confirmation for the delivery has started again. The day before scheduled delivery I get a call from the Geek squad stating that they wanted to schedule my delivery for 4 more days down the road. Best buy you are just another failing piece of garbage. You cannot deliver what you sale and that goes for you word. I would fire every one of you that is in the supervisory positions for not Supervising so that makes you the problem!!!!!
