Bought extended warranty. Took a total of 3 hours to get a hold of the right place to send a tech (they have third parties which they make you contact them). Took 2 weeks for a tech to come out and when they came they said despite having geek squad cover we were not under warranty... I explained how can i have a warranty but not be covered. It has been now 2 hours on the hold and the managers is asking me to contact the equipment manufacturer because for the first year best buy is not responsible despite having the warranty with them... a total scam.
