My experience with their customer service including a supervisor got me nowhere. Much to long to explain but this was just over double charging, getting that corrected, they cancelled both orders they charged me for. Over 8 plus hours, got one reordered and delivered with the mounting hardware missing. Back to hold, more BS stories and can get me the hardware 2 months from now in order to use it. Cancelled the order and told them to pick it up. Still waiting. Will never buy anything from BestBuy. AVOID
