i purchased a refrigerator , washer and dryer. best buys insignia brand. my advice is pay a couple dollars more and get something that works. and as far as best buys service lol they sound good on the phone but there repair men never show up . and the one time out of 5 he did show up he told me he didnt have time to listen to the washer said they would send me a new one. they never did.ive been calling since the first week i got the washer now it doesnt drain the water out its 3 months old now. wish i would have spent 50 more
