I know many of you like Best Buy. I think Best Buy is one of the worst companies in the history of companies. Our computer died and I needed a new one quickly for work. We went to Best Buy on November 27th to get a new one. The one we picked was not in stock. The sales guy explained he could order one. I told me how important it was that I have one as soon as possible for work. I needed it no later than December 1st. He checked and said that would not be a problem. The computer would be delivered by end of day on the 30th. It did not arrive. I called and was told that it was lost, and no one knew where it was. A new computer was to be overnighted and arrive on Friday. Guess what? No computer arrived Friday either. Remember, I was supposed to be working. I called again and was told that it hadn't been shipped yet and they didn't know when it would be. I had to call work and explain things. Thankfully I didn't get fired. However, I did miss out on a weeks pay. The computer finally arrived on the 5th after I ordered on from Dell. Needless to say, I returned the one from Best Buy and a couple other things I had purchased from them. I will be canceling my Best Buy credit card and NEVER buying anything from them again. I will be telling everyone that will listen about my experience.
