I ordered an IPad Pro, Magic Keyboard, and Apple Pencil. The keyboard was never delivered. I have called 4 times and visited the local BB store twice and they told me they couldn’t do anything but sell me another one. I am still waiting on a call back from a “supervisor” from the BB call center in India. Complete scam!!!!
