I purchased a Apple Mac Book Pro just before XMass. When purchasing this item, I ask the sale person if I would be able to add Micrsoft office to the laptop. The answerer was yes. After getting it home I found out that the computer was able to download Microsoft programs due to not being able to update the operating system.
I took the Apple laptop back and was told that it was my problem. No customer service at all from the store in Conroe Texas. Please donot use this store.
