Customer service at Best Buy in Las Cruces, NM is a joke. Lazy staff and very unfriendly. Return window is a joke and they don't care at all about your experience with them. Buy their stuff, or don't buy it; they don't care. Because my return was out of the window, they couldn't even offer store credit or a coupon to get me to buy something else. Best Buy corporate, you really need to pay attention to your customers. Your stuff is already over priced compared to your competitors and you never have stuff in the store that I need. If I have to order it online, why would I buy from you when I get much better service, pricing and return availability somewhere else? Best Buy used to be the go to store for everything electronic, but not anymore. Be smart people and take your money elsewhere!
